PALLAVI KAVETY, DDS

Meet Dr Pallavi Kavety She’s originally from the Midwest, but she’s happy to call Pasadena her home. She loves the city for its rich culture and family orientation, and because it is a kid-friendly and safe place to raise a family. She is the founder of Pasadena Children’s Dentistry & Orthodontics, which opened its doors in May 2019 with a mission to provide exceptional dental services to children from every walk of life. She has been serving the Southern California community as a Pediatric Dentist for over six years.
Dr. Kavety received her degree in Dentistry from the University of Southern California in 2010. She then pursued specialized training in Pediatric Dentistry at NYU Lutheran Medical Center in 2013. As part of her residency, she attended an externship training at Radys Children’s Hospital in San Diego. She became board-certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry in 2014.
Dr. Kavety is enthusiastic about pursuing continued learning. She is also certified for Invisalign. She is a member of American Dental Association, California Dental Association, American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, California Society of Pediatric Dentistry, and the San Gabriel Dental Society. Dr. Kavety volunteers at Give Kids A Smile program for underserved children as her way to give back to the community.
When she is not fighting sugar bugs, she is a devoted mother to her two kiddos who keep her on her toes at home. They love traveling, exploring cultures and cuisines. She advocates living a healthy life so she always finds time to engage in Fitness & Strength Training. At the end of a busy day, she sits on her favorite couch and relaxes with a cup of chai tea.
DARA SAADAT, DDS, MS
Orthodontist
Dr Dara Saadat earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Psycho Biology as well as his Dental degree at UCLA School of Dentistry in 2005. He graduated with multiple awards for his clinical and academic excellence. He continued his formal education to pursue his Master of Science in Orthodontics at Columbia University in New York City.
In the ever-changing world of Orthodontics, he furthers his knowledge and techniques by attending continuing education and being an active member of the American Academy of Orthodontics. He is Invisalign-certified. Dr Saadat takes pride in his work and has been transforming smiles for over 10 years all over Los Angeles County.
Busy as he is at work, he equally keeps an active life outside of work. He loves racquetball and football. He relaxes with music, audiobooks and watching movies. Dr. Saadat connects with his inner child by occasionally playing Nintendo. He also loves Astronomy and Cosmology. As a California native, any activity by the water brightens up his day.
